check this out true dual bassani setup
Re: check this out true dual bassani setup
I dont think thats a bad price at all.
Shops in Arizona wanted about $1200 to do duals over the axle. I built mine myself and have about $350 into it, and a lot of time.

nope, that one is for the LT1, not LS1. after making the LS1 version, they took that and made it fit the 95-97 LT1 cars with dual cats.

For the kind've money they're asking for this, I think there should have been more information provided in the way of specs and measurements. These intermediate pipes don't look like they cut the mustard. So far from what I've seen, to really see any improvement over a single 3" catback system from a true dual setup, you need to have at least 2.5" pipes. Does anybody else think those intermediate pipes look at least 2.5" wide? My guess would be closer to 2".

the muffler is dual in/out. why does it have to have two mufflers to be considered 'true' duals. in all technicalities, a TRUE dual exhaust never touches from beginning to end. the exhaust is T439 stainless steel and 2.5" from front to back including x-pipe. it fits without any need for aftermarket suspension parts.
