check engine light

check engine light

does not come on when i turn the key on. scanner not bringing up any codes saying the bulb is bad or removed. what else would cause this??

Is it possible the bulb has been removed and relocated where it is still plugged in, but no longer visible through the dash face?

What are you using to scan the PCM?

i used the inovia scanner and it didnt bring up the codes but im going to look into the "it might have been moved" and see if i can find it

I have an old Suzuki that has a piece of "invisible" black tape over the "check engine" light......
