cheap performance?

Any tips on souping up a 94 z28 with a limited budget?

TB coolant bypass and a 160* thermostat are cheap.

What has been done already? I just replaced old parts like plugs, wires and opti (not cheap) and got increased performance. Headers, exhaust, gears, air filter and such will help and aren't that much. Plus they can be kept if you replace the motor.
