Changing PCU's?

I have a 94 z with 6 speed that has been dyno tuned that has just been wrecked.I bought another 94 Z with an auto. I plan on changing complete driveline. If I pull my pcu out of my m6 and reinstall it back in the new chasis will everything be as it was or are there other issues I'm not aware of.

thx,
jonesy

You should be fine swapping them, but it's been a while since I've compared the A4 and M6 harnesses, so you might have to change some wiring. Shoebox would be the one to tell you for sure what's different.

Nothing will change in the PCM. It just might not match what you will now have. You can always get a new tune to match your new setup.
