Changing Lifters????

I will be changing out my lifters this weekend, due to alot of tapping and ticking. Does anyone have any advice or maybe even a guide to changing out the lifters. I know only one of them may be bad, but i might as well change all of them while im there.

What lifters should i buy?

Are there any special tools that are needed?

Will the valves need to be reset?

Thanks in advance

take off the intake manifold, valve covers, rockers, pushrods, lifter retainer tray, the lifter holders, pull the lifters out, soak new lifters in oil, lube them up with engine assembly lube, put them back in and reassemble. you can do a search and find all the torque values, shouldnt be too bad of a job.

oh and you will have to readjust the valves
