Changing fluids

I'm planning on changing all or most of my old fluids (oil, power steering, tranny) and replacing with Royal Purple. I just wanted to make sure of a couple things since this is my first time fully replacing any fluids. First, do I flush out all the old fluids with water? Also, should I expect any rough starts or any issues with shifts (A4 BTW) or steering? Thanks

Re: Changing fluids

Ok, I just caught wind that I should never put water into any of the lubrication systems or something. So I am correct to assume it's all just drain the old and replace with the new?
