Removing the alternator for starters will help some... I had the most luck from the bottom though, I got plugs #4,6,and 8 from there and #2 from the top. Since you don't have a jack I guess that takes that out as an option. And yes, the plug wires are more difficult on the passenger side.

No jack? Get some Rhino ramps.

you dont have to remove the alternator, I have never done that and can get all of them from the top or bottom. I usually only need to get the #8 one from the bottom, by snaking my hand up around the ypipe.

Band aids, beer, patience and a foul vocabulary.
The alt can be removed in less than 5 minutes and makes number two a breeze.

I agree that you should get some ramps because they will be helpful for more than just he plugs. I swapped plugs after I put in my headers, but I would almost all of the plugs a lot easier from the bottom - EASY from the bottom actually. The only tricky one is at the front. Remove the alternator and just have "fun" with it until you get it.

my socket won't go around the #4 (second back from front of car) on passenger side. its like the plug is smaller than normal cause my socket it on it but it won't grab. it isn't stripped cause i can feel it and its fine. is there something i'm missing on this? i didn't changet the plugs last time and i
m not sure the guy just left it there cause he couldn't get it out. all plugs are 5/8 arn't they?

I dropped the starter to make it easier to get to #8. For #2 you can try to get it(I can, small hands) but you might be better off removing the alternator. If you do drop the starter or remove the alternator, disconnect the battery before you get a light show! Don't ask how I know.

Wires aren't much fun either. I recommend you "can" the stock routing to the passenger side (behind the power steering pump). The wires can route below the power steering pump.

I laid across my engine to do the passenger side (mostly by feel).
No jack or lift required.

Re: Changed spark plugs on driver side today? tips on passenger side anyone?

Took me a total of 5 1/2 hours to do the plugs and wires....What a pain. I took the alternator off along with part of the exhaust to make it easyer. And for the wires on passenger side. I had to basicly loosen the power steering pump. Its a pain but made my car run alot better since it had a missfire in it. One tip is to make sure you have a swivel that wont break on you . Had to kind of throw that one against the wall.....
