ceramic coated hooker LT's smoking?

I just first time started the beast last night , but I noticed one weird thing- my ceramic coated hooker LT's are smoking when they heat up too much. These are brand new hooker headers, and this is my first time starting the car with them. The smoke comes out right from the surface of the headers. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Tomas ;

just because they are brand new doesnt mean they are clean... there is manufacturing liquids and oils etc.. also stuff you put on them while you installed them. they should smoke some...

Yep, that's normal for Exhaust stuff. I put some BBK shorty's on my stang, and they smoked. Greases and oils on your skin, plus having greasy hands etc. My buddy put a BBK Offroad H-Pipe on his stang, that thing STUNK for a little while if I remember right.

Just let it all burn up.
