centerline telstars

Okay, I read the gm high tech performance article about their 94 z with the centerline telstars. I think I am going to get some but I am wondering if I am going to need some kind of special lug nut, or a spacer, or have to grind the caliper of anything to get them to fit. Already bought some et streets, now I am just looking for a wheel that I can use without alot of hassle.

I have a pair of 15x4 Telstar skinnies for the front that I just use at the track, they fit fine without any spacers and I use the stock lug nuts. That article was the reason I went with them, I thought they also said there was nothing special to do for the rear but not positive. I use BFG dr's on salad shooters on the back at the track for now, going to get the rear set of Telstars to match one of these days.

According to Popular Hot Rodding (Hunkins new job), they had an article on spiffying up your 4th Gen Camaro's looks using the Grape. In a caption of a pic of the Grape with the Telstars, the caption stated that Centerline has since begun production of a 15 X 8 with a 5.5" BS.

That is aparrently NOT true. I contacted centerline, with no response. Someone else called and got told no.

Bad form on the magazine for getting some of us hyped.

They take standard acorn lugnuts and don't require a longer wheel stud, making them a perfect option for a street/strip car. Just wish they had a bit more backspacing.
