center console switch

i got a 95 z, if i got a 97+ center console, will it fit pretty easily, or would it look like crap? anyone done this before?

The newer console swap has been done many times in the past.

I believe that it leaves a gap betweent he console and the dash, but I'm not sure.

Perhaps looking in the appearance section of the board will help?

I did it, really pretty easy. There is a gap, but I am relocating some carpet from under the rear seats to finish it. There is a guide that covers most of the details here.
