Depends what your intended use is. Its small, probably can be tuned to pass emissions easilly. Comp recommends it for unmodified engines, 1500-5200rpm. Here's the Comp Cams info:

The cam is really small.... smaller than the much maligned LT4 HOT cam. 1.6X RR's will bump the lift up to 0.520 I / 0.528 E.
What's been done to the heads, other than the valve job? What do they flow at lifts above 0.500"? The mods list you post isn't really indicating its "got a lot of things done to it". The forged stuff is nice, but it doesn't make power. The Edelbrock intake manifold is a dog. There's nothing there that requires a 58mm TB.
If you have more done to it than what's in your signature, list it. What's the compression ratio? Did you build it - so you know whats really inside - or did you buy it already built?
