what all is needed for the cc306 to make it run right with the mods done in my sig , besides computer tuning. and it is going to be a 6 speed, im getting a different car but taking the mods off my old one first

You need to upgrade your springs to a Comp 987. Go with 1.6 roller rockers. You will be happy with your setup. I ran that cam with my 355. Tuning the cam surge is the tricky part. Try pcmforless for a base tune.
