I don't know the flow numbers on the T.F. heads but the CC306 makes good power in heads where the exhaust flow isn't all that good. To me any non-stock head motor should not use an off-the-shelf cam. If you have the flow numbers on the heads you are using call up comp cam or some other cam manufacturer and get a custom made cam that matches your heads. That way it will make more power, be easier to tune and drive better on the street.
However, a simple answer to your question is yes. Yes it will run alright with that cam but it won't be the "optimal" choice.
