will this be ok? im gonna use 1.5 rockers and shift points will be @6400 rpms

would the extra lift from 1.6s be worth it?(ported heads peaking around .550")

ive got some 600" crane dual springs, but i was wondering which would be better

 

The cc305 has 0.510" lift, so it should be ok with the hotcam springs that are used with 0.525" lift. If you plan on going with 1.6 then the change to the higher lift spring becomes a requirment.

 

hotcam springs suck. You might be "OK" with them, but with ported heads I think you should definatly upgrade...Also, why are you going with 1.5 RRS instead of 1.6??

 

why do hotcam springs suck? they are one of the lightest spring / retainer sets out there.
