Are CC 915 springs enough for the 268XFI Cam?

Found a good deal on a set of Beehive 915 springs ( seat pressure of 105, open pressure of 293 at .6" lift). Wondering if these have enough pressure for the CC XFI268 cam part number 07-466-8, around .570" lift with 1.6 rockers. Not looking to spin it to 7000 but would need solid long term stability to at least 6K. Thanks, Michael

I'd say just go with the 918 for some more seat pressure. They're a proven spring.

Problem is that Comp Cams seems to overate their springs. I bought the 918 springs for my 218XFI cam. At the rated height of 1.800" they only measured 100 pounds versus the advertised 130#. I would imagine the 915's are less than that. I wound up shimming the 918's another .060". Due yourself a favor and spend a little extra cash and get the 918's. By the way my L98 motor us under construction so no results yet.
