cc 306 and 1'6 rooler rockers

cc 306 and 1'6 rooler rockers
will the cc 306 cam and 1.6 rockers work on a totally stock car, with no clearence issues. I did a search and couldnt find what i was looking for, any help is greatly appreciated.

I've got a CC306, 1.6 rockers, and impala head gaskets (.029) along with the heads milled .030...and its fine, so your good to go
