Causes of running rich?

I know O2's are always a big one..replacing those right now.. I also replaced the plugs and wires. It just started running rich for no reason, didnt do any mods or anything to cause it. Stock computer. Replaced fuel filter.

What are some other common causes?

sticky injectors or a hole in the FPR diaphragm. This leaks fuel into the vac line connected to the regulator and sucks fuel into the intake. Check this by looking at the vac line and see if its wet. check both by watching fuel pressure after the car is shut down to see if it drops off.

Exhaust /header leak.....will cause a false lean condition resulting in fuel being dumpped by the pcm.

Is there a way to pin point this using my scanmaster?
