this is an obd2 code that i got when i plugged my scan tool in to my 97 ss, it says that it is bank two as well. i checked my o2 sensor wiring and there all plugged up, anyone have an idea of what could be causing this trouble code, thanks

 

your cat is bad most likely

 

You can take it a step further a swap the rear 02 sensors from bank to bank. If the code still stays on bank 2, it is pretty safe to say the cat needs replacement.
