Cat Replacement on 96 T/A

Ok where do i go for a replacement of the stock Cats....i assume just buyinga high-flow is gonna be cheaper since GM is always expensive.....but what excactly do i need to do?....do i need to replace/modify the stock Y? or can the new ones be just welded in? My cars a 96, all the cars i see in the highflow threads are 93-95...! can this be done? if anyone has done it please lemme know what you did...what had to be done..... where yah got it from and the part numbers if you have them handy.....i just want to change the cats not upgrade the Y, or anything...this car is driving me crazy.....it sounds like it had white castle for dinner...lol.... ............Thanx Everyone
