Post I keep hearing rumors

About a 5th gen Camaro, but not a Firebird. I pray that they bring them both back, on the same platform, like it has always been. to bring back one and not the other is still a slap in the face of those who were partial to the one left out. Anyone agree?

I do.
And frankly, if one had to go and one had to stay, I'd rather the Camaro went and the Firebird came back.
I'm brand loyal and won't buy a Chevy no matter how great it is. I don't care how similar they would be under the skin. I can't bring myself to owning a bowtie.

O......K. I might be a Chevy dude but you'd think they both weren't GM cars by what you said.

Anyway, if anything does comes back at all, it will be the Chevrolet Camaro.

Granted, more Camaro's were sold than Firebirds, but I feel the same way. I just would not drive a Camaro. I am much more partial to the Firebird/Trans Am, and if GM deems it necessary not to bring back this Icon along with the Camaro, then so be it. I won't be driving GM. Well, new at least. I plan to own my fair share of Trans Am's.

There will always be the previous/used Gens. Sometimes cars from way back are better than new 1's.
