Flipping through the catalog, I just happened to notice this product. Anyone ever seen one in use?

provide around 2 extra volts to the electrical system at wide-open-throttle.
I doubt it would burn anything up, unless it was continuous.....
Not worth it IMO......

um..I don't remember the details but yeah I ran one wot run & things got weird! It screwed up my trans. shift points for some reason, I think I remember the car bucking a couple of times then shutting off. I drove it back home reving all weird. It was pretty frecking hilarious!

There has been a similar product for the turbo Buicks for years. Yes it does work to provide extra volts to your fuel pump, etc, I've had one on my GN a long time ago, and I did see a little jump in volts on my scan tool/recorder, wasn't 2 volts though. Maybe if you have a poor regulator or altenator it would have helped more, but would be a band aid IMO. But with a fuel pump Hotwire kit and a good altenator, I saw no need for it any longer and removed it.
Also have heard that it was suspected of burning up the ECM/PCM in some cases, but could not be proven...
If the system isn't designed for over 12 volts, why subject it to more than that.

Thats my call... If it actually does work then 15 or 16 volts would start burning things up.
