I have been seeing a lot of different numbers being thrown around lately and a lot of different projections for my car. Just want to get a grasp of what I should be looking at to make power wise.

Here is a list of what is don/being done to my car:

BUILT 4L60E

That's basically all that matters... and a little go go juice, but that doesn't matter for this.

Not to hi-jack this thread or anything, but I just looked at the link you posted for the "bulletproof" 4L60E/700R4, and if they are putting the parts they have listed in their description section in a trans that is supposed to hold 550 HP, then I hope they do good warrenty work! A stock 10 vane pump, and a late model GM sun shell??!? Gotta be kidding me. Heck man, even a late model 98 and up 60e uses a 13 vane, and I've seen the bottoms completely sheared off of late model sun shells too. Not slipping mind you, completely sheared off at the body.

There's only 1 truely bulletproof auto trans we can go with, and it's called a TH400. And for 1600+ bucks (the cost of a decent 4L60E), you can put in a th400 and NEVER worry about it again (and use the money left over for a decent shifter - stockers suck!). If you put 500+ HP (and it's commensurate torque) through a 4l60e, and beat on it with any regularity, it WILL break. It's not a question of if, it's when.. If you don't believe me, then ask Mike, or Van, or Tim, or any of the other guys making any power there near E-ville It sucks, but it's fact.

Just throwing in my unwanted 2 cents..
