After a long spell in NYC where I had to get rid of my Z28, I am trying to join the LT1 club again this weekend. Before I do the deed, I am having it professionally inspected and would like to run a Carfax on the vehicle just to make sure. I know that someone out there probably has an unlimited account and might be willing to help me out.

Do yourself a bigger favor and search about carfax requests.

 

Carfax reporting sucks and especially on a car from the LT-1 era (93-97) it will probably be pretty inaccurate as they didn't do much reporting before 2000. For example my car a 95' T/A was wrecked by my brother in 99' and required over 10K in repairs (amazing the insurance did not total it for cost) even though it was all cosmetic and no bent frame. Story short, I pulled a car fax report from a friend a few weeks ago on my car and Carfax reported it has never been wrecked even though the repair was done at a dealership bodyshop? Just my view. But oh well I have a single owner car that has never been wrecked!! WooHooo.

 

Do not post "Carfax" requests here. I doubt they are even welcome in the "Lounge", but you can search that out for yourself.
