I have a 97 z28 with 60k miles and it hasn't been running good and I'm not sure whats wrong. When I first start it up it will run ok but will start to bog like its starving for gas and then stall out. Then if I try to start it a second time it will not start at all. I changed the fuel filter thinking it might be clogged but that didn't help. My guess is the fuel pump but I'm not sure? Thanks

 

Could be the fuel pump. Pick up a fuel pressure gauge and see what your rail pressure is at idle and at throttle.
