car won't start now....

car won't start now....
ok, car will not even make the "CLICCKCKCKCKCKCKCKCKCK" noise when the key is turned forward. However, it does make the click from the glove box like some sort of connection is being made. The car has a brand new (today) battery in it. Any ideas?
