Car wont start, no clicks nothing

So this has been an ongoing problem. First all it would do is click so I thought it was the starter bought a new one tested it and its ok. Installed the new starter and does the sazme thing. Change the clutch sensor and it worked for a lil bit. Then it started doing the same thing just clicking then after about 3 tries it would start. Then i drive into town, turn the car off comeback out and try to start it and NOTHING!!!!!

Changed the ignition switch
new starter
checked key lock cylinder ok
check TDR
battery ok
cables ok

Now im stumped have no idea what to do now. HELP

Does "battery ok" and "cables ok" include checking for corrosion at the battery terminals, and where the heavy 12V wire connects to the starter? And checking that corrosion has not eaten away some of the strands in the main wire?

What does the dash voltage gauge do when you turn it to "start"? Do you get lights - dash, headlights, etc. - when you turn them on?

Re: Car wont start, no clicks nothing

Years ago I changed my starter and had trouble getting the car to work correctly. Ended up being the solenoid wires and something I did wrong when hooking it back up. It was so long ago I can't remember exactly, but you should double check all the hookups. I also bought a starter on Ebay and had it tested and it worked at the auto parts store on there machine. It did not work for me and I had to take both starters apart and make one good one. The brushes got worn and only worked sometimes, if it stopped in a bad spot.

By any chance is your Security Light coming on when the car won't start? I had the same problem. As soon as the Security light goes off, my car will start right up, no problem.
