to start with my cars been sitting for 2 years because of this reason. my waterpump went and im guessing soaked my opti causing it to mess up the car started barely running then i put it away for the winter went to start it in the spring still didnt start didnt touch it again till today i put a new cap and rotor in it new waterpump and new plug wires still doesnt start. checked all the wires they are all where they are supposed to be its getting spark, was not sure if it was getting fuel cause it was low on gas so i put gas in it and tried using starting fluid car just kept on turning over with a pop every once in awhile other than that nothing im really lost on this wondering if anyone had any idea

 

could have i put the cap and rotor together wrong?

 

Change the ignition module...
