Car won't start!!!
Installed new Jet Hot-Headers, the long-tubes for my 1996 lt1 trans-am WS-6. Install went ok, with minor problems, took about two days. After the install we hooked everything back up, double checked the connections and everything looked good. Started up with first try no problems at all, and sounded awesome, shut it down and started it up again about 5 mins. later and good start again. Waited about 30 mins. to check over everything, go to start it again and absoulutly nothing, like the car is dead. The only sound it made was a clicking noise, the starter wouldn't turn over, we replaced the starter, ignition switch, and clutch safety switch, and still nothing. Charged the battery and still nothing. I need to know what the hell is happening with my car and how I can fix the problem. HELP!!!!!Has anyone had this happen to them??????

Jet Hot Long Tubes
Descreened MAF
K & N Filter
MSD 8.5mm wires
Bosch platinum plugs
Hurst short throw shifter
etc.
etc.
etc.
Usually clicking indicates that not enough current is getting to the solenoid. The first obvious thing to check is the connections, particularly at the frame or at the engine (ground).
I had a problem with the side post battery in my 99 P/up. The factory overtightened the battery cables and it pulled the post out of the battery. It took 7 or 8 months to show up and did exactly what you said. In this case the bad connection was at the post.
I would also suspect something got burned from the LT headers.
Check to see what the voltage across the battery is before and during cranking. Be sure it doesn't drop below 11 volts. Needs 2 people obviously. Then see what the voltage at the starter is when you try to crank the car.
Somewhere between the battery and the starter there is a bad connection, just a matter of finding it. Use the voltmeter to find the drop point.

Thanks for the reply, I've pretty much tried everything. I'll try to clean the posts on the battery, maybe that will work, cause this is pissing me off.
ANYBODY PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR SUGGESTIONS!!!!!!!

Check to make sure your starter wire (from the battery to the starter didn't get burned. If it burned it would short against the header and do just what you are saying. Since it started fine the first time I would have to guess that something burned like slopoke said.
