Car wont Start!!!

so i try to start the car and it wont start..

i turn they key, let the fuel pump prime, i start it and it will just click.. i do it again and the motor will turn over very little then just stop, i do it again and same or it will just click,

The only way i got the car to start 2 times already is by turning the key to start it and then letting go and trying it again really fast , i had to try to start the car 3 times really fast in order for the car to start. It would turn over a little more every time i try to start it until it starts.

it has plenty of battery power, lights dont dim or anything. the fuel pressure is around 38-40psi at prime it doesnt drop, the only thing that i notice is that the fuel pump takes a little longer to prime. hmmm
im thinking its a bad starter? clog fuel filter?

ive also been having a small stumble at idle, when in park, N or D holding the break. it seem to have started a little after i installed the Autolite 103 plugs.
any ideas?

You mean the starter stops turning? Gotta be low voltage, bad cable connection or starter.

i just tried it again, and yes, it seems like the starter stops turning, well both the motor and starter stops turning, i have the key turned all hte way and it turns over for a split second then you hear a clik, then everything stops turning, lights are bright no dimming.

? when a starter goes bad. it just dies? or does it act funny like its doing now?

I would check the cables on the starter and if they look good, take the starter to have it tested. It could possibly be the ignition switch, but sounds more like the starter.
Be sure to disc the battery before removing the starter cables.
