car wont run NEED HELP!!!

car wont run NEED HELP!!!

i hate my car, it hasnt been moved in 3 weeks, i dont know what is wrong with it, it will just start up for a couple of seconds and then it will just die, does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be???

Maybe start by checking the fuel pressure.

ive checked all of that, i even replaced the ignition module and that let it start back again but it still dies, ive had an ase certified mechanic that works for gm and he is stumped

Maybe you should post what all you have done.

When it dies, can you immediately try to restart and it does the same thing? A huge vacuum leak could cause it to act this way (like brake booster hose off or something). Any available scan logs or DTC codes?

it does the same thing every time, i dont have a scan list, he flashed the ses light and it came up to be the codes 41-45 but he said 44 was the ignition module so i cant erase that one

Try unplugging you MAF...If it is a vacuum leak this will allow the engine to run. In fact it could be a bad MAF. Does it run fine while it runs...then just dies? Or does it spit and sputter and then die?

I thought MAF first thing, but being a 1993, he does not have one.
