car trouble!! help!!

Okay so the car died about a month back and wouldn't crank back. I replaced the opti with a brand new one from jason cromer. I noticed that the opti harness was corroded, but didnt have the money at the time to replace it. Bolted in the new opti and everything.. car fired rightup. 3 days later it stalled out and wouldn't crank back. I figured it had to be that bad harness so i purchased a new harness from gm for 150 bucks. Car fired up perfect. Drove it 10 miles, car stalled out again and now continues not to crank back. I am lost as to what it could be.

First check battery voltage and all electrical connections, see if the starter is getting enough power, see if the alternator is working properly, make sure no squirrels are in your number 5 cylinder...

Re: car trouble!! help!!

Did you get coolant on the new opti when you re-installed the waterpump?

Otherwise check your coil wire and coil.
