Car + Tree = Bad. Z28.COM + Tools = Save my headers!!!

Now that it's a guarantee she'll be totaled, is there any hope of me getting my Pacesetter Longtubes out, either from the top or the bottom, before she gets towed away for good? I have access to a cherry picker and hand tools... and I can chop up the engine a little bit without worrying about it.

Please help me out guys, Ive already dealt with this

Ouch, sorry to see that man.. You can get them out if it didn't weak the body into the engine at all.. Give us a pic of underneath the hood if ya can..

Ya an under the hood pic would help out in determining if you can salvage them.

If I ever wrecked my z, id be taking EVERYTHING off of it, sale the body parts, keep the motor. But thats my opinion. As they said we need an under hood picture.

Pull the whole motor, exhaust, and tranny if they are good. Wiring harness, etc. Tell them to bring a flatbed and take the rear end too.

Hard to answer with complete certainty, but from the picture, it looks like the engine bay is intact to the point where the headers may be okay and can be pulled out. I would try to post some additional pics though as already mentioned and we can let you know for sure.

from that pic your best move is probably to part that entire car out if you have the time to do so.
