Car suddenly running really hot all the sudden

So, replaced my radiator with a griffin and stood it up vertical. Now, my car will start running really hot. Ive opened the bleeder vent, and it just blew out air for 10 minutes lol.

I tied my steam vent into the upper radiator hose.

So, do i just need to keep bleeding it out, or is there something im missing?

Also, refilled the radiator by the resevoir.

Yes, if you still have air in the system, you need to purge it out. This will have the
most impact in reducing the temps.

Can you show us a photo of the Griffin radiator showing how it's "stood up vertical"?
