Here's the deal-I had the water pump changed about month ago which seemed to fix the same symptoms that I'm gettin now-again. If I let it sit for a day or so, its very hard to start, but once I get her going, shut down, she starts right up on the subsequent starts...Has anybody ever heard of this? Help-I gotta long trip shortly, and need this problem solved ASAP. Thanks in advance for any help.

 

I got the same exact problem!! Does your car burn rich?? Mine after it sits for 2+ days it is very hard to start then once it does it idles real rough and throws black smoke everywhere, then u smell the gas god its awfull! Ive tried startin it so long b4 it ran the battery down. Does this sound like ur prob any? Plus from a dead stop till 2000 rpm my car4 is very very sluggush i cant figure it out. if u find anything out let me kno!!
