so I thought that a new fuel filter fixed my little problem,well it didnt,the car still have power but wont turn over, my only guess now is the fuel pump going bad?? it wont start one time but then an hour later it will

 

Try listening for the pump. Most times you can hear it start up when you turn on the ignition. Don't turn it over, just turn the ignition on. It starts up for a couple of seconds to prime the system.

You may need somebody to turn on the ignition while you listen in the back.

 

I still hear the noise for the fuel pump,could it still be going bad?

have you checked for spark at the plugs,coil, opti?

 

not yet,everyone keeps telling me it sounds like a bad fuel pump,fuel pressure is 38 but thats when the car is up and running ok,it has its problems after the car has been sitting for awhile, but after a few minutes it starts to run fine
