my car just isnt running smooth under 3000 rpms. all my ignition parts are new and every sensor is new except for the O2's but their only a year old. i dont get it

 

you might get more response if you give info on your car. type, year and mods will help. make sure your plug wires are on all the way and on right. check all connections. you may have a loose vacuum line or wire. go back over it. did you mess with the opti?
