Why don't you just post a link instead of an item number?

IF those flow #'s are right they flow pretty damn good, but its hard trusting anything on ebay these days.

The pics don't look bad, but that does't say much. Would be nice if there was a buy it now price, so we would have an idea how much he wants for it.
In the end I would play it safe and go with a proven set-up, whether its LE, AI, or some other good head porter that has decent references.
How much power you looking to make? Do you have to pass emissions?

Someone had asked him the reserve price and he said $1300. I guess not too bad but yeah, I wouldn't trust ebay.

That is a decent sum of change to plop down for it to turn out to be something you don't want. I personally would stick with a reputable porter and leave the Ebay stuff alone.

Looks like a happy flow bench to me. You don't see 225cfm from LT1 exhaust ports without a lot of $$ into them or a happy flow bench.

A lot of the things in his listing throw up "slimy sales pitch" red flags for me. If he actually had LT1 heads that flowed that much he wouldn't have to sell them so hard.

If his reserve is $1300 then you're in LE2 territory, and I bet the LE2 heads flow higher if tested on the same bench.

Actually TEA claims 237.5 from there exhaust ports and 279 from the intake on there stage 2 heads. The high exhaust flow numbers for those eBay heads are the product of flowing with a pipe. SO you would take away about 25cfm on benches not using a pipe.

Yep....and sometimes even more...... I can say that the place on Ebay that they are comming from (local to me) does some good port work though....I've seen several sets of their finished LTX, LSX heads in person, and they are a high quality port job, but not quite on the level of a Lloyd Elliott or Advanced Induction all out max effort head(just my observations and opinion).......
