could be a vacuum leak, too.

you stated iac count of 160 earlier.
You need to adjust your throttle blades untill you get a HOT idle around 40 counts.
I have a friend with a 383, stock headed LT4 hot cam and 58mm tb, we had to adjust it to 20 counts HOT in park because when it was cold outside, the IAC couldn't open enought to keep it running.
He also had an adjustable TPS sensor, so opening the throttle blades didn't cause any problems with TPS sensor.
