Car runs (poorly)....

Car runs (poorly)....
When it's raining, and only when it's raining. I don't have to hit a big puddle first, it just runs like *** whenever it's raining. It always runs flawlessly when it's not raining. Any ideas?

Highly doubt that, the car would need to injest a good amount of water at once to even notice anything.
