hey guys recently i just had my opti and waterpump replaced. since i got the car back if im driving it for at least 10 minutes or long enough for it to heat up. if i stop at a light or park..the check gauges light comes on and the over heating gauge goes up until i step on the gas. the moment i step on the gas the light goes away and the car the gauge goes back down.
its a 94 z28 auto..any ideas?

 

Check to make sure that your fans are comming on, if not make sure that they are pluged in.

 

make sure ur heat and sensors are working good bc mine did the exact same thing as urs is doing and turned out the sensors were bad
