Car keeps overheating

my 94 will start to get REALLY hot after just 7 miles, like clock work (going 40-50). Air dam is in tact, fans work, radiator is full. Had the bleeders opened when I filled it, have ran it, cracked the bleeders until its a steady stream several times. Also have had the front of the car as high as I can get it, took off the radiator cap, and ran it. It has a griffin radiator standing vertical and two 12" fans.

Any other suggestions?

don't run a thermostat in the car. I have basically a gasket only in it. Never had a problem before (ran it for 2 years now w/o one).
