Car just all of a suddenly died

Did that the car ran fine, made a couple passes on the dyno and it would break up at low rpm, then you could clear it out like a carbed car and it would be fine after 2500 rpm. Now we found out one side was kind of lean so I switched out the injectors and rail to another good aftermarket one I had laying around. The car ran for a few sounded different, but wouldnt idle, but seemed a little cleaner sound wise(open headers) Now it wont even start. I am clueless.
