Car has serious power loss, limp mode?

I just got done installing a procharger on a 95 lt1. I never heard the car run before as it was dropped off in pieces. Got everything together and it runs/idles ok but even with the procharger it feels like it has about 10hp and can't get out of it's own way. Something is seriously wrong however there is no ses light on. It feels like possibly a limp home mode, the throttle response is terrible, no power, something where there is a ton of timing being pulled. I could not get my autoxray to communicate with the computer either. Don't know if I was just doing something wrong or not but it never did read. Any ideas would be appreciated.

More than likely, your auto xray was for OBDII since the connector inside your car is of the OBDII variety. BUT your computer is of OBDI vintage. You will need the proper cable and a scanner capable of reading OBDI.

It may be interesting to see how your vehicle runs with the blower removed or at least disabled. Oh yeah, look inside the filter connected to the blower to be sure there is no internal wrapping.

BTW, there is no such thing as a limp mode. Mine felt the same way. It turned out to be the opti. Not saying that's what it is untill you give more info on exactly what it's doing.
