Ok new opti,coil,plugs,wires,icm module,temp sensor,o2's,cleaned maf.
I notice the car has a miss and sometimes even pops, when it is warmer out it runs even worse. i noticed my throttle body was very dirty like black and so were the inside of the hoses. i also tried lookin at the iac valve and it was all the way out. im not sure if it can be pushed in when its not plugged in. the nosal on the map sensor was very black also. so basically im replacing one thing at a time until i find something. any help will be appreciated . thanks

 

It would be worth a shot to clean out the TB and IAC valve really well with some throttle body cleaner if they are as dirty as you say.
