I think it's fuel delivery related. Is it likely a bad fuel pump?

Oh, and when it does pull for the one second under WOT, it pulls like a Civic. Would this also point to a bad or failing pump?

 

A fuel pressure gauge taped to the windshield and a drive will answer your question. When did you replace fuel filter last?

 

I just changed it. I just put my new motor in and this happened. My last motor did this too before I had it pulled and redone. I thought the last time that it was just a blown head gasket causing it. It all happend on my last engine when I activated the nitrous, it just cut out and never worked right again. After that, nitrous would not have been possible to use because it would cut out on motor only.

I'm thinking this problem could possibly be the nitrous kit.
