Car backfiring after bringing it out for the spring
Car backfiring after bringing it out for the spring
So, last fall I got my new 355 built. New timing box, cam, all that other good stuff. I dont think I need to run through it all. Anyways, it was putting down 355 hp at the wheels. Soooo I get it out for the spring here and its backfiring a lot. Took it to the gas station, put 5 or 6 gallons in it ( it was almost empty ) and ran it out to dinner and back, probably 30 min or so. Seems to rev good, but when the motor is under a load ( AKA driving ) it seems to do that backfiring thing a stutter just a little bit.... still fast as hell though. Anywho..... any ideas?
