The car is back up and running... :)

She's up again and feels strong with the new 58MM TB and the autolite 104's in....

I made a couple of WOT runs and didn't feel a miss, wonder if my old 918's were floating.

Changes made:

918's that were installed at 1.80 were removed, and PAC 1518's were installed at 1.75" height.

Removed TR7 equivalent plugs and installed autolite 104's @ .040

Removed stock 48mm TB and installed a BBK 58mm TB

Eliminated EVAP solenoids and associated vacuum lines. Breather installed on hose that used to go to charcoal filter from tank.

I think the car could also really benefit from a dyno-tune.. so we'll see what that does for me.

Car feels strong, should get some track #'s again in a couple weeks.

Excellent... I've had far less to do on my junks than you and demon and I still don't have it ready.
You should definately get some MPH out of the TB increase.

Just some valvetrain spiffying. Awaiting on some stuffs. Plus it's been cold as **** here which means no motivation to work out in a coldass garage.
You thought any more about coming to the shootout? We need to get demon there somehow.

Not this weekend. Superbowl and Yuengling and storage/attic/crawl space building.

Hopefully you'll get closer to the 10's. Get that dyno tune and some lca relocation brackets and hope moroso doesn't kick you out. Let me know what they say if you call about the tune, I'll probably come down and throw my car on the dyno for the hell of it.

I think the 1.75 installed height will definitely help. And look at the room when
you delete the AC . . . . I won't be doing this, but I'll bet that extra room on the
PITA side of the engine is really nice.

Looks good... you really tore it down and put it back together fast. Appears you straightened out some bugs with the oil pump drive, valve springs, etc. Weight reduction is a step in the right direction. I like the 104's.... good plug for NA. I think 10's are in the near future. I wish I could find the time and commitment to do the same.

Good luck!!!
