Ok so last night i was in my 95 z28. Before I left my house I noticed my heater wasnt blowing as hard as it usually does. Then after driving 60 miles the car started acting up when I restarted it. The car seemed to be bogging down, maybe not even firing on all of the cylinders at idle in drive. Also while idling the lights kept surging and diming and my volt meter was slowly droping. Then once I would start to drive my car and go it at a higher rpm the car would run a lot better. This to me seems like I have an alternator going out. Does this seem logical to you guys as well!

 

Sounds like a bad alternator to me too.

 

I'm thinking the alt. is the problem.Just got off the phone with Jason Cromer....he can get you one for 135 plus shipping and a core charge.

 

I may have to do that.
