Can't tighten down the last intake manifold bolt

the drivers side, all the way in back. I can't torque it down all the way, it's not cross threaded, i'm sure its in there right.

What should I do?

I'm not saying this is the correct thing to do, but I have experienced the same thing when bolting on a set of aluminum heads with my LT1 intake...and on my neighbor's car as well.

I just used 2 or 3 washers and torqued it down from there. I ain't got no leaks, vacuum or oil, so prob. solved.
