its pretty much stock. ok it sounds like it back fires and starts jumping then i shift in 6th i can climb past. It does it in 4th and 5th gear.
if it was governed out then i shouldnt be able to climb past

If you don't have a top speed limiter, you're running into the rev limiter in 4th gear, the rev limiter cuts fuel and when the engine revs drop adds it back. That's a likely cause of the backfire.....
